Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Garments

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
